The Sheet Metal Stamping department for shearing and deep drawing processes has presses ranging from 15 tons to 400 tons equipped for automatic strip processing.
We handle all stages of the production of sheared and deep-drawn components:
- Die design
- Die manufacturing
- Component production
- Surface and heat treatment
- Packaging and shipping
To meet the needs of all our customers, we can handle batch sizes ranging from 500 pieces, typical of the sampling and equipment fine-tuning phase, up to 500,000 pieces, to satisfy even the largest production runs.
The high quality of production allows for an excellent quality/price ratio, thanks to the minimization of external processing and an advanced and fully traceable quality control system that reduces the scrap rate to 0.01%.
